The brief was simple: make the new conforming loan limits feel exciting and accessible — not like a spreadsheet. I designed four distinct social posts, each pairing a real-family photo with bold, legible type. The challenge was keeping all four recognizable as a set while giving each its own energy. Every variation hits the same data point — $806,500 — but does it differently: a high-contrast lifestyle shot, a warm indoor scene, an active family moment, and a playful close-up. Same message, four different conversations.
